Rotary District 2451 needed a platform that does two jobs at once: tell the public what Rotary does and where to find a club, and give member clubs a working dashboard to run their own projects, events, and news.
The challenge
A Rotary district spans dozens of independent clubs, each running its own projects and events, while the district itself needs to present one coherent public face — "people of action" — to donors, prospective members, and the press. The platform had to serve a public visitor searching for a club and a club officer managing members in the same system, without either experience compromising the other.
The approach
The public site leads with the mission and a clubs finder — search by location, meeting day, or club name across 175+ results — alongside get-involved and donation paths. The club dashboard is a separate, data-dense surface: live counts of members, projects, events, and news, with quick-add actions for everything a club officer manages day to day.

Selected screens
Public homepage, clubs finder, get involved, and the club dashboard. Drag to scrub, click any screen to enlarge.
The result
One platform that gives the district a coherent public presence and gives every club officer the tools to run members, projects, and events from a single dashboard.
