The EBA Members Directory turns the Egyptian Businessmen Association's membership list into a searchable platform — a real profile per member, not a name in a PDF.
The challenge
A trade association's value is its network, but a member list that only exists as a static page or PDF can't be searched, filtered, or browsed by industry. The brief was a directory where any member could be found by name or company, and once found, give a real sense of who they are — role, company, sector, and how to reach them.
The approach
The homepage opens straight into search — by category or free text — with new members surfaced up top so the directory feels alive rather than archival. Each member gets a full profile: photo, title and company, contact channels, work information (industry, sector), a company bio, and a related members rail that surfaces people in adjacent industries.
An advanced search panel layers on member name, company name, sector, and industry filters for anyone narrowing down a specific kind of contact.
