Cushi Living sells home-decor cushions, and the Cushions Wizard is the configurator that turns "I want something like that, but mine" into an order — pick a style, a fabric, a finish, and see it before you buy it.
The challenge
Stock photography can't show every fabric and color a buyer might want, and a flat product page can't answer "what would this look like in my colors?" The store needed a path from browsing to a confident custom order, without forcing every customer through the wizard who just wants to buy what's already on the shelf.
The approach
The wizard sits inside the same shop shell as the catalog — same header, same "Latest Products" rail — so it never feels like a separate tool. A step panel on the right walks through style, fabric, color, and finish while the cushion preview updates in the center, so the decision and the result stay on screen together instead of splitting across pages.

The result
A configurator that lives inside the regular shopping experience, so a buyer can move from browsing to a custom, made-to-order cushion without leaving the store they started in.
