Bookment is a web marketplace — "what you want, when you want" — that lets people find a service provider, check real availability, and book without ever picking up the phone.
The challenge
Booking a haircut, a treatment, or an appointment usually means calling around, checking availability over the phone, and hoping the time still holds by the time you show up. The platform needed to make that entire loop self-service: browse providers by category, see honest availability, and walk away with a confirmed slot — while still giving providers a storefront that sells their work.
The approach
Three things had to work together: discovery (search and category browse with ratings and recommendations), the provider profile (services, pricing, staff, reviews, and a live calendar), and booking (pick a service, a time, a staff member, add a second service, confirm, pay). I kept each provider profile structured the same way so a customer's mental model transfers from one shop to the next.

The booking flow is a single overlay, not a page redirect: pick a date, pick a time slot from real availability, stack on another service if you want one, then confirm — staying in context the whole way through.
Selected screens
Explore, provider profile, booking flow, and the customer's appointment history. Drag to scrub, click any screen to enlarge.
The result
A booking experience that goes from browse to confirmed appointment without a phone call, with provider profiles structured consistently enough to support a marketplace of categories beyond the first one.
