Bits2Social is a social media management platform that gives agencies and brands one inbox, one calendar, and one publish flow for every social account they run.
The challenge
Teams managing several brands across several platforms end up bouncing between native apps to post, reply, and schedule — with no shared view of what's queued, published, or waiting on approval. The platform needed a single workspace that scales from a single freelancer to an agency managing dozens of client profiles, without the UI changing shape underneath them.
The approach
A guided setup asks what kind of operator you are — agency, corporate, or individual — and tailors team size and managed-profile questions accordingly, then walks straight into connecting social profiles. From there, three views share one data model: an inbox for comments and messages across platforms, a publish composer with a live preview per network, and a calendar (day/week/month) showing everything queued, scheduled, or published.

A publishing list (queued, scheduled, published, awaiting approval) gives teams a status view independent of the calendar, for anyone who thinks in lists rather than dates.
