3akary is a real estate portal for Cairo that goes beyond listings — pairing homes and offices for sale or rent with the local businesses around them, all searchable on one map.
The challenge
Property search in the city is usually a single-purpose tool: find a home, find an office, nothing about the neighborhood around it. The brief was a portal where buying or renting a home sits next to the context that actually shapes the decision — schools, hospitals, restaurants nearby — under one consistent search and category structure.
The approach
Every category — residential, commercial, and local-business profiles — shares the same scaffold: a city-level map search, a filterable category page, and a detail page with photos, key facts, and a contact path. An agent gets their own storefront — active deals, ratings, reviews — so the people behind the listings are as visible as the listings themselves.
A property page leads with price and key facts, then layers in the surrounding context — nearby restaurants, schools, hospitals — that a buyer would otherwise have to research separately.
